By registering for iLog.ca you agree to the following terms and conditions in this user agreemment. The terms and conditions of this Agreement may be modified at any time by iLog and posted here on our site. Your continued usage after such changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the revised agreement in its entirety. If you do not agree with the terms of this Agreement or any revised Agreement, please refrain from using iLog.ca.

iLog takes great measures to ensure that your data is safe and secure including daily backups and careful monitoring of system activity. Given this iLog cannot be held responsible or liable for data that is irretrievable, damaged, or altered. We are constantly trying to improve our site and technologies. We value your comments and feedback, as your input plays an integral role in our site's development so please do not heistate to contact us.

Privacy Policy

Protecting your privacy is very important to iLog.ca. We realize that personal information regarding your health, training, and daily activity is a very sensitive and confidential matter. At NO time is your training information revealed to ANY person including iLog administrators or any other third party. Your e-mail address will only be used for the password reminder system and for limited iLog correspondance, which usually only means one e-mail a year. iLog will never use your e-mail for other purposes or use it for unsolicited commerical purposes.

Security

This site has security measures in place to protect the loss, misuse and alteration of the information under our control. All iLog.ca systems are maintained with the latest revisions of operating systems and software, including security updates. Systems are carefully monitored to detect any attempts to compromise security. Access to the system is limited to iLog staff who are performing maintenance activities and assisting users, and is strictly limited to the minimum necessary to perform the assigned task. Unfortunately, no data transmission over the Internet can be guaranteed to be 100% secure. As a result, while we strive to protect your personal information, we cannot ensure or warrant the security of any information that is transmitted to or from iLog.ca, and you do so at your own risk. Once we receive your transmission, we take all reasonable efforts to ensure its security on our systems. Sometimes user data is not retrievable or is lost or damaged. In these instances, we will try to retrieve or restore the data but we cannot be held responsible and cannot be held liable for data that is lost or damaged, not retrievable, altered or misused. We also cannot be held responsible and cannot be held liable for information that is lost or damaged, not retrievable, altered or misused by third parties.

Member Responsibility

We assume iLog account holders will act responsibly and use the functions and tools in the iLog system in a law-abiding manner. If iLog determines that any member is not using the system responsibly, we can censor, edit or block their transmissions or even disable their account.

Limitation of Liability

iLog.ca, Zone4 System and our partners, are neither responsible nor liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, consequential, special, exemplary, punitive or other damages arising out of or relating in any way to iLog.ca's web site, our web site related services and/or content, or information contained within the web site. Your sole remedy for dissatisfaction with the iLog.ca web site and/or our web site related services is to stop using the iLog.ca web site and/or those services.

Indemnity

You agree to defend, indemnify, and hold iLog.ca, its officers, directors, employees, agents, licensors, and suppliers, harmless from and against any claims, actions or demands, liabilities and settlements including without limitation, reasonable legal and accounting fees, resulting from, or alleged to result from, your violation of the terms and conditions of this User Agreement.

General

iLog.ca, in its sole discretion, may revoke the accounts of those who violate its guidelines or this User Agreement. This User Agreement shall be governed by the laws of Canada without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
