iLog Introduction

iLog is an internet based training log system built specifically for endurance sports. It works by allowing athletes to login and fill out their daily training logs that can then be reviewed, summarized, and charted. With a Coaches Account, coaches can track athlete training and provide timely feedback. The system keeps daily training information in a concise, secure, and accessible location. The system has many features to help analyze and find trends in training data. It automatically totals each week and year breaking down the hours into training types and includes a variety of charting functions.

"The iLog system allows me to keep in touch with an athlete's training whether I am with them or apart. The iLog system gives a concise and useful accounting of where an athlete is at in their preparation." Dave Wood - Canadian National Team Coach

"I'm a huge fan of iLog and I can't imagine going back to paper logs. For me, the three big advantages over paper logs are: 1) I can't loose or misplace my logs, they are available wherever I am as long as I have Internet access, which I almost always do, 2) Training is automatically added up and analyzed for me, so I don't make mistakes adding up my total training hours and I don't have to graph things manually, and 3) My coach can view my training logs every day even when we are thousands of kilometers apart from eachother, and can give me daily feedback on what to work on and what to focus on."
